Raised Mat

I am thrilled with my new raised mat and I feel incredible! I needed to have a piece of equipment that was accessible to me in the house, as my reformer is in the garage and it’s cold. I have enjoyed my new daily practice and am called to my mat regularly. It’s a great piece of equipment for anyone looking to get the most out of your mat workouts and not having to worry about bones digging into the floor when rolling like a ball and such.
