Customer service great, setup has room for improvement.

Ordering process was great. Team is very knowledgeable in regard to the pump control systems. A couple items were missed in my order but they overnighted them and made it in time for us to do the install. Setup of the device took over an hour on the phone with support but we did finally get it functional.
