very happy with level sense pro sump pump monitor

does exactly what i wanted. i worked with their customer service to install two float sensors (one for electrical sump and one for water pressure backup pump) and it has worked out well. only issue was the level sensor and the automatic vs not-automatic calibration and i had to reset the system once within the first 3 days because it wasn't reading water level. customer service via email or phone is excellent

Level Sense PRO

The unit was fairly easy to install and activate while also working well to identify and alert on water level concerns. An improvement to the unit would be the ability to retain the contact information for notifications and deselect the email and text notifications. I would find it useful to simply select others to be notified and respond to conditions when I am out of town. With the present system all are notified unless their information is deleted and added back in when their assistance is needed again.
