After scouring the internet to find the best freezer temperature monitor, I settled on Level Sense. Aside from a very reasonable price with no monitoring fees, I was most impressed with the promptness and clarity with which my questions for them were answered. To put icing on the cake, after paying for the product including shipping, several days later they advised they refunded me a significant amount as the shipping costs turned out to be much less. Honesty like that does not deserve to go unacknowledged. A fantastic company to deal with.
