10/10 for what this scent profile is! Not an every day wear, but this is sooo good. Not as smokey as I thought it would be, which is good. Its got almost like a tobacco vibe. I could see this being great to layer with.

Wonderful scent! Staying Power!
At first, I thought I didn't like the scent. Glad I set it aside and tried my others. Now, it's my fav---combine with morning rain and others. I don't know about how accurate it is to what it is supposed to smell like--I just know I love it.

Good Scent
I have never smelled the inspired by fragrance so I can't compare but Melting Embers is good stuff. The scent reminds me of a campfire recently doused by water with a little spice and vanilla thrown in. Not a summer outdoor fragrance but would be great indoors with air conditioning or in cooler weather. Projects well and lasts an easy 6-8 hours. My favorite Oakcha fragrance so far.
