OPTP PRO-ROLLER® Soft Foam Roller

If you’re like me and don’t like to foam roll because it hurts, try this soft one. It was so effective but more importantly, I’ll actually use it because it doesn’t hurt and dare I say, almost felt good. Plus it had my severe pain from shoveling and wrapping presents etc on Xmas evetaken care ofwithin minutes of use. I had thought I was bound for the ER. NowI wish I’d gotten the bigger one!
