Paring Knife 140mm – Perseus | Hephais

This is a great little petty knife. Incredibly well balanced, good sharpness after its first sharpen. Blade feels quite solid. And the addition of a saya included is a great bonus not included from other companies that I have bought from.

Quality

Just started my new job and this paring knife has been a beast. It doesn’t feel like it’s ment to be the sacrificial knife for tasks it feels like it should be with the rest of the knifes. I think I need to look after it better thougth the gaurd is breaking apart from Me storing the knife whilst it is wet. Other then that the knife is a beast

Good steel, holds a sharp edge even with frequent hard work, I like it😁
