Works great

Had a missing side rail so they sent me a replacement overnight so we could take the crate to pick up a new puppy. We were scheduled to leave two days after our crate arrived and customer service is great. They got us the rails asap!

Works as expected. Next time I travel they have to go on the inside so the stupid airline can’t lose them.
