Just what needed!
I had a knee replacement and the physical therapist gave me some floor exercises that hurt so bad no matter what I did! My Pilates instructor recommended I buy this pad at Balanced Body and I’m so glad I did!

Go for the real deal!
Pad is great. Have been buying these for years. Outer surface material tends to split open after a few years but the foam material is higher quality than the cheaper versions you can get elsewhere.
