Godess has one of the best communication teams from my experience. My package was delayed a few times due to my mistake of filling out the wrong address. The company was nothing but patient and understanding, reshipping my order - not once, not twice - but four times. I really appreciate their support and willingness to help work out the situation. Not to mention, the products were so cute and amazing quality. Before trying it on, I can tell from the craftsmanship that I would love the items. I would be lying if I said I didn’t squeal when opening the package. Definitely worth the wait!

Quite heavy on the hair, the plastic wrapped around the clip isn’t smooth and feel rough like it’s defective. I like their other clips better.
