Wonderful Customer Service
This company is honestly really great. First of all, their clips are beautiful. Yes it's a higher price point but this is one of the most beautiful claw clips I've ever seen (Iris N°1)! I did have some concerns that I reached out to the customer service team for, and they were so kind and helpful which I'm really not used to. Honestly, I expected to get brushed off and ignored but instead, received helpful and beyond expectations type service. You can truly tell that you're dealing with a Canadian company here.
