The customer service over Chat was very helpful. I ended up buying 4 pairs of hard shank pointe shoes on my first order with DWC. The pointe shoes arrived in great condition within a few days. One thing I wish they could have done was keeping those pointe shoes in their own manufacture's boxes during shipping. Removing those boxes may save some space during shipping. However, keeping those boxes is easier for me to store and stack multiple pairs on my shelf.
