The cheese and parsley Italian sausage from Ceriello's is excellent prepared on the grill. The texture of the grind is just right, with enough resistance to avoid any mushy characteristic. Subtly seasoned, the cheese and parsley pair to very tasty effect. Perfect for sandwiches, plates or paired with rigatoni and red sauce ( my personal go-to prep ) Along with the fennel variety one of my favorite offerings from Ceriello.

For the past couple of years, we have been disappointed with our Christmas Eve sausage. When looking for a new vendor online, I came across Ceriello. I reviewed the products offered and the reviews of the products. I decided to take a chance. I am so glad that I did. It was delicious, so lean and chock full of cheese…everything we could ask.
