Terrible customer service!!!

I like the product very much but customer service is terrible. I returned three items but they’ve only acknowledged one. One of them was supposed to be an exchange. Setting up the return digitally was not user friendly. There is NO TELEPHONE ACCESS. I’ve been emailing but have received no update from last email. It’s been over two weeks since they received the return. Very frustrating. Such an expensive product should have customer service to match. Terrible business model to have no phone support.

Endurance Tights

Excellent compression tights! I have bum knees and these tights have help with walks, hikes, golf and tennis (no running). Comfortable and easy to put on, if you sit and put feet first and pull up from there. Sizing is spot on, if you are on the border of a size go up one

Good moderate support

I bought these for my daughter who has knee pain when running. they are helpful, she still needs to wear knee supports with these.
