Ok, so the fragrance is amazing! And the service and speed of shipping was awesome. But… I hate to take away a star for this, the vial is SO FREAKING hard to open!! Am I just a wimp or does anyone else feel like even compared to other vials (because none are the easiest to open) it is VERY difficult. I hope eventually the design of vials will change because that may be a deal breaker for me. But other than that, the free gift was a wonderful and thoughtful touch, everything else was perfect!
