Solid product and good price but bad packaging

The products have been good. The curl bar arrived out of the packaging with less than half of the wrapping still around it. It has some dings on it, probably from being completely exposed in shipping, but I don't mind too much for a curl bar. I would hope that if I buy a more expensive bar that the packaging will be better.

Great customer service and product

All around great customer service response time, very helpful and friendly staff. The bumper plates and clamps I ordered are a awesome edition to my in home work out.
