I wish the instructions would have been better but other than that, this is one of our favorite parts of the house now.

Very hard to get the connections correct. The colors still don’t match between the Eastern and Western continents. The remote doesn’t work correctly, some of the buttons don’t do anything and it won’t even turn off with the remote. I have to unplug it from the wall. Their help desk is very responsive but he keeps telling me it’s my fault for connecting it improperly. I’m tired of trying to fix it and it’s disappointing because it cost a lot of money. But it was so much work to put in together and hang it on the wall that I don’t want to take it down and fill in the holes on my wall and return it.
