Nourish + Restore Papaya & Mango Butter Milk

Terrible Customer Service and no integrity. I placed my order on May 30 then I get an email from them stating that they’re out of stock and that the order should go out on June 10 will the order didn’t go out on June 10. I sent him an email saying I wanted to cancel my order on 11 June. They tell me that the order has been shipped. I just received the tracking information today, June 20 and the order is still in South Carolina so I feel that I was lied to and I would like to return this item because I no longer want it nor do I no longer want the product and I no longer will be purchasing anything from Rucker roots

I love the product! As a person that wears my hair in its natural curly texture, this product keeps my hair soft and moisturized without feeling greasy. I also use it on my biracial granddaughters hair!
