Paul's Blend - Medium Roast

Paula blend is one of my favorite go to coffee beans. It's impressive enough to keep ordering without being overly complex. Smooth has flavor that puts a smile on my face.

I find this coffee is most flavorful when warm, not piping hot. I would not call it smooth, but it has a wonderful rounded overall flavor that reminds me of pecans, along with a fruity flavor like blueberries, as stated on the package, and a nice touch of bitterness. Altogether, a great fruity nuttiness that is very pleasant.

I have difficulty with words describing thanksgiving coffee. Full toasty flavor, no bitterness with fruity overtones. A pleasure to wake up to.
