I have been buying from brew 2 bottle for over 2 years now, only had 2 minor problems and they resolved them very quickly, I'm always happy with what I have bought and their prices are very competitive but most importantly when ever I have needed to ask a question I have had very prompt, helpful and comprehensive replies from a human, good customer service is very important and brew2bottle the best, like shops used to be. So many companies now are scrapping customer service and replacing with chat bots that just don't understand what you're asking. I will always use a company like brew2bottle because of the human touch, Thank you. Richard.
