Sheets Okay; Company Not So Good

Unfortunately, my experience with the company was very disappointing. They initially sent the wrong order. When I called, they said they would send a return label and ship the correct item immediately without waiting for the return, which seemed like a reasonable solution. However, after a week, I had received neither the return label nor the replacement order. When I called again, I spoke with Jessica who said she sees it in their system, but the replacement and return label had never been sent. She then informed me that they would not send the correct item until they received the return, not the proper response and which contradicted what I had originally been told. I left a few days after that so if there is a problem with the order I won’t know until I return in July. Although frustrating, I promptly returned the incorrect item. Two more weeks passed, and I still had not received a tracking order or been notified if it was sent. Since I’m gone now for two months, I needed tracking information to know whether it had been delivered, but none was provided. I had to call twice more to follow up. At this point, I can only hope the item was delivered and that the order is finally correct. I won’t be back home until July, so I have no way of knowing for sure. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from this company again.
