Drawstring Ankle Pants

The Print, and the pant style are very nice. The length and cut of the pant is also nice, but not specifically flattering (due to drawstring top) . The fabric is lacking behind in quality to some of the other pieces I own from Karen, especially at the given price point which I think was around $140. The fabric is more stiff, the seams are not as nicely done as other pieces, the pant is not lined and in the sun some of the fabric (the white part) can be a little look through. At this price point, it should maybe be a different closing mechanism versus a drawstring. I still kept the pant, for casual wear. It would have been better if this would have been a printed jeans maybe? It is in my opinion good for casual or beach resort wear, but unlike most of my Karen pieces, this would not extend to business or the office or going out for me… it might though for other shoppers. Therefore a little lower score on this one. I paid close to full price for this one and I was a little disappointed in this one and also in the matching top.

I have worn Karen Kane clothing for years. This pair of sleeveless tee and floral pants did not disappoint me. The red-brown color is rich and beautiful. The pair just speaks of a tropical vacation. The fit of both pieces is great. The outfit is feminine, but not fussy, something I love.

I loved the top and pants. Lots of compliments and want to buy the same items in the new catalogue in green and white. Great fit o am 5feet 3 just great outfit !!!! Jane w marshall
