I usually use this bar once a week at the end of the week, because I often do not shower on the weekend unless I have a special occasion. I feel like it does a wonderful job of cleaning and detoxing.

It's nice with a light scent . I like a rich lather and this doesn't give it to me. Otherwise its a good soap
