Disappointingly small seedlings

I ordered 10 seedlings and got 12 which was nice of them. However out of those 12 only 3 were the size in the photo and seem like they have a good chance of survival, the other 9 were quite small and seem unlikely to survive. Several of them are only 3 to 4" tall with only a single leaf, not 5 to 7" tall with several leafs as shown in the picture. I would not buy these again.

Disappointed

The package that my three trees came in was bent in three places. It did not have anything inside the triangular package to keep it stiff during transit. No instructions or labels on the trees were inside. For the moment spent they could have labeled the trees and at least tried to keep the package stiff
