VNL Blur #3 - neutralizing base coat

Absolutely love it

This was exactly what I was looking for thats why I bought two I can wear it on its own or with a topper its perfect

I only had to apply one layer of the colored nail polish after using this base coat and the colors came out bright and vivid!

Beautiful nude for chocolate girl!

I have been eyeing this nude color for a while, looking for a semi-opaque/opaque nude to blur out my nail and free edge. the base coat dried fast and is perfect for dark-skinned girls (Kelly Rowland to Naomi Campbell to Lupita Nyongo shades) I fall in between Kelly and Naomi as far as shade and the base coat color is just a great nude tone for me. I don't mind wearing it with a clear top coat for my mani! I love the thick applicator brush that makes it easier and faster to apply the base coat. I also love that it gives a semi-opaque/opaque finish; you don't see your natural nails through the polish to blur out your nails. Thanks to Cupcake Polish for creating a beautiful blur nude shade base coat that compliments darker complexions instead of the "one color fits all" you see in other nail companies! Please don't hesitate to buy this product (or their other blurry base coats!)
