Really nice neutral base for jellies and shimmers on the sheerer side

Nearly Perfect Coverage in One Coat

It's a little streaky if you use a thin coat but with a thicker one you get nearly perfect coverage. A second coat really brings out the color and has perfect coverage, so it's great for light colored polishes so you won't see imperfect coverage like you would on the first coat. The only downside is the color becomes stronger, but that's only an issue with sheer polish
