Ooh La La - French Manicure base coat

Great color for cool-toned skin!

I'm cool toned to the point that NVL Blur #1 looks orange on my fingers. Ooh La La is a fantastic alternative. I can wear it by itself, or use it to blur my light nail tips under my shimmers or holographics.

Nice polish

Fast delivery, I'm pleased with the polish, although I usually use a gel polish, but pleased.

Beautiful smooth polish

This pink polish is beautiful and applies beautifully. I can’t wait to wear it with a white tip, but is also beautiful just by itself!
