Highly pigmented. Only need a tiny bit for tremendous color. Blends wonderfully. Would recommend highly.

Lovely little tube of cheerful colour. It looks a bit startling at first but sheers put on my pale cheeks to give a beautiful flushed look- also nice for lips. Love it!
