Lips burning?

I really liked these products at first but after 3-4 uses my lips start burning after I apply the products. It subsides after maybe 10-15 mins but I’m not sensitive to anything so I’m not sure which ingredient is causing that. Also noticed it caused some dry/rough texture on my cheeks and large/clogged pores that I don’t normally have. I don’t know how Hailey is always slathering this stuff all over her skin all the time without any irritation, but even the girl at Sephora told me they have so many returns with people breaking out and having reactions. The only product my skin didn’t react to was the pineapple refresh cleanser, I do love the product but the bottle gets messy and cleanser falls out all over the cap when you open it, even without squeezing it. It should have a snap-on cap instead.

This kit has improved my skin so much! It's so soft and bouncy and glory, and it feels so good on my skin. I've been recommending it to everyone. 10/10 for me!!!

The product itself is fine. But when I decided to repeat the purchase, this time to a new address, I encountered questions that I asked Rhodes support. Unfortunately, my question was answered very poorly, after which I asked again, and unfortunately, I also received a less than pleasant response. Something along the lines of, "You've already asked this question, let's close the topic and move on." Honestly, I was surprised by that response. My opinion of the customer service plummeted. But I'm happy with the product. It's a 50/50 feeling.
