Quickly becoming my favorite
I was skeptical after reading all the reviews re the noise and after received the bottle, and after receiving the bottle I understand. Does it make some noise? Yes. It’s a metal bottle with metal cap and I personally I dont feel it’s a big deal. The more I use it the more I like it. I drink lots of water and occasionally mix powders with my water, and never had any after taste like most of my other plastic bottles, which seem to hold those smells and taste for days afterwards. It is too wide to sit inside the normal cup holder in my vehicles, so Its get stored in the larger holder in my truck or the door pocket in my SUV. Again, not a big deal. If you don’t mind the price, I highly recommend it.

Great bottle
It’s a great bottle, but the seal in the cap falls out in and can get lost if you not paying attention. Not sure how to get new ones. VARGO should supply extra ones in case this were to happen. I mean the bottle was $150.

It's decent, but wobbly
It's a nice titanium water bottle. As others note, the lid is noisy, and you have to line it up somewhat carefully. The noise doesn't bother me, though. I actually kind of appreciate—feels like the metal piece of equipment that it is! Here's the part that bothers me, however: Either do the shape of the bottom of the bottle, or perhaps to the logo printed on the bottom, the bottle does not sit completely flat. It's not like it's going to tip over, but when I have it on my desk even slight movements of the desk cause it to wobble. So if I'm doing things at a table or desk and don't want a constant wobbling noise, I move it somewhere else. Overall it's a nice piece of gear, but given the price of this bottle, it should be able to stand flat without wobbling.
