The top tensioning bar is misaligned

Assembly went well. The directions for warping were clear. I am unhappy about how the top bar fits. When I go to tension the warp, only one screw can be in contact with the frame at a time. The other one slips, making it impossible to tension. I am really disappointed for the price of this loom. It looks like the holes were drilled in the wrong location.
