Bottom Load Ice + Hot/Cold Water Dispenser - Moderna Series

I love this unit. Its too bad that its my 3rd and final one i will ever purchase. 1st one did not last a year and then it was replaced under warranty. Then 2nd one goes out past warranty coverage. Purchased this one and i can tell u now, for the amount im paying, it doesnt make sense. When it works, ITS THE BEST water dispenser ive ever encountered. But when it fails, it doesnt fit the amount a consumer pays for this to operate properly.

Great idea, love the look and it has really nice looking ice, but a strong plastic flavor taints the water and the ice, throwing off any drink you have using it. The normal recirculation of melted ice flows back into the plastic water tank, thus bringing that strong plastic taste into the ice. Really unfortunate and disappointing experience. For a product advertised as a premium product that also has a premium price, I expect a much better product and experience.
