Bottom Load Hot/Cold Water + Bullet Ice Dispenser - Moderna 720 Ice

I love the product, it really serve my needs especially the ice maker but after 7 months the ice maker stop making ice and the cold water turned to room temperature water only. I am so disappointed!

Im really afraid to rate this product ive only had it for two months and the last two water cooler i have had broke down after a couple months. This cooler cost me three times as much as my last two but the name Brio should mean they know what they are doing. This water cooler icemake is OUTSTANDING, i use spring water and it taste great. Highly recommend if you are willing to sorend the money its the Mercedes Benz of water coolers

I love this unit. Its too bad that its my 3rd and final one i will ever purchase. 1st one did not last a year and then it was replaced under warranty. Then 2nd one goes out past warranty coverage. Purchased this one and i can tell u now, for the amount im paying, it doesnt make sense. When it works, ITS THE BEST water dispenser ive ever encountered. But when it fails, it doesnt fit the amount a consumer pays for this to operate properly.
