Great sausage delivered to your door nice blend of spices deliver quality Taste and texture grills up nice. My only issue is the 5 lb rope frozen makes it difficult to cut and store for later use.

I purchased The Happy To Meat You 5# Mild Italian Sausage, because my husband and I had tried a smaller option previously. We had to have more; this sausage is delicious!! I have not been a sausage fan because of the casing being too tough. This is not the circumstance with the Happy To Meat You brand -- so tender and easy to chew. We are elderly (in our eighties), and I never have tasted a better sausage!
