Carpoxylon macrospermum Palm Tree

My little seedlings showed up in perfect condition! This was my first time ordering live plants and was a little nervous, but they were boxed with great care and had no signs of stress or damage at all. I followed the instructions to pot them and protect them from harsh conditions and a few weeks later, they are all doing fantastic! I placed another order for some different palms and had exactly the same experience! I am now a new loyal customer and excited to have found the perfect place to help me fill in my jungle garden.

Tree came packed extremely well and is very healthy. Very nice company to communicate with.

Not Happy

Got the two palms and planted them the day they arrived. Followed the instructions to the letter by not exposing them to direct sunlight and they both died within a week. I mean... DEAD!!!! No point in trying to call to complain since I'm pretty sure it will go nowhere. Waste of good money but, lesson learned. I know who NOT to buy from going forward!!!
