This is my first try at Wagyu and I gotta say that it is the best tasting ground beef ever. It is moist and tender, and has that wonderful, natural flavor that beef used to have years ago. The fat content is released when cooking it and after draining it is excellent. The key is to cook and drain it before adding it to recipes. This is a clean, fresh, and humane beef. The Meyer way is always the best way. Luv it!
