Organic Beetroot Juice Powder

I enjoy this supplement but my one complaint is that the powder is solidifying. Can someone tell me what might be causing this and is there a solution or preventive measure I can take. This is the second time this has happened with this product. Thank you.

I really liked it. I add a scoop of beetroot powder, the juice of half a lemon, and half a scoop of electrolyte powder, and it makes a very refreshing juice. I'll check the blood test results after I finish the container.

I haven't been using it so much these days because some of the other supplements i'm using of Dr. Bergs are helping the HBP right now. Mainly his electrolyts and l-theonine supplements.
