I had some initial concerns about my order and the Revolution Fibers team gave me a TON of reassurance and worked magic! Absolutely phenomenal service! Quick, polite, and helpful! This wheel is to die for. I have 3 other wheels: 1 electric, 1 Ashford, and 1 working antique. This is by far the smoothest, quietest, and most consistent wheel I have ever touched.
