A Greek chef who loves cooking for friends

I love white balsamic for its "clean" sweetness, Wow, This Santorini Oregano infused Balsamic elevated all my salads ,especially my Greek salad to 5 star....Also use it to macerate fresh fruit. Dried oregano is very strong, but just a hint like the Santorini white Balsamic brings is perfect ... As a greek , I am thrilled to see oregano being used..So underated but will pair with any good EVOO...I recommend with a culinary smile

What a Great Surprise

I stopped in for Blood Orange Olive Oil and Chef Charley introduced me to this mix with the Santorini Oregano White Balsamic. Dinner that night was a green salad tossed with this vinaigrette and topped with stone fruit and Crab.
