Ive used WEN since the beginning and love it. The package arrived timely, but the one bottle (lavender)lid was undone and much of the product was in the packaging material. 😩 Never had that happen before but i usually buy from qvc. This time i bought direct from wen.

Love it! My hair is super soft. This is not my first purchase, I've been using it for years. Super happy it went on sale, because it's expensive!
