VARIO SPOT WING

This is my first ever bad review for a badlands product. In theory the spot wing should be a home run, however it is loaded with issues. First, the straps are not long enough. Even if there is not much in the pack, the straps fall short if I have my spotting scope in the “spotting scope” pocket built into the wing. Second, if you load your pack full, I couldn’t fasten the bottom buckle. Third, if you are going to use the meat shelf, these will not work. On the positive side their other batwing system is flawless. Every aspect of the Vario system is amazing, but the spot wings are a no go. I hope they fix this issue because they could be very beneficial part of the Vario system.

Great addition to the Vario system. They give you room for your spotter or for other items which ever you choose.
