i love crushed red pepper on almost anything. it's right up there with salt and pepper in terms of what i consider pantry staples and overall life essentials!! this darling duo of chili flakes from Los Poblanos is hand-crafted and small batch in the best way!! the red pepper flakes are bright and citrusy with a pleasing heat. i haven't tried the green yet. this set would be lovely as a housewarming gift, but be warned you'll want a set for yourself.
