Disappointed

The glasses effectively block blue light, but I find them uncomfortable to wear for long periods because the frames press against my nose. Despite their intended benefits, this discomfort makes wearing them impractical for me. Based on my experience, the blue light blocking glasses were not a worthwhile purchase for me.
