I really like these nightfall glasses, I have definitely noticed an improvement in my sleep quality after wearing these over the course of a week. I feel like I have had more 'deep sleep' after wearing these in the run up to bedtime. The stats on my garmin watch would back up the feeling of improved sleep. I just feel more relaxed going to bed and I seem to have more deep sleep cycles. Prior to getting these, I had a greater percentage of light sleep. They come in a nice case with a cleaning cloth and seem good quality - I would recommend
