The necklace with all the charms and personalized engravings is beautiful! Exactly what I was thinking it would be! However, the necklace came in a bag all knotted up and I had to slowly work the knots out of the chain and untangle the charms. I was hoping that I would not break it as I am giving it to a friend. Thankfully it came apart after working on it for a while. It would be nice if they could be shipped in a way that does not tangle and knot the chain...but other than that, very happy with my purchase!
