Contacted their customer service group, and within 2 days I had a replacement along with a follow-up email. Great customer experience! This belt is such a gem. Love that it is customizable. I wanted a belt that I could wear on my waist but also use as a crossbody strap. The easy adjustable buckle and the ability to cut the strap to my ideal length is genius. I will be recommending these belts to everyone I know.
