Jim's Signature Roast

I'm on the road a lot, so I always look foward to running through West Middlesex PA so I can grab a cup of Oneill's coffee. I consider it one of the best hidden gems out there. I like it so much that once I found out they'll ship out coffee, I ordered some.

I absolutely love this coffee. Every time you open a new bag, the smell is just heaven!! And the taste does not disappoint either.

Smooth As Silky Skin

I am on my second bag. On its own, Jim's is a fabulous medium pleasure that ends smoothly and forgoes any bitter aftertaste. Every sip is followed by a calmly satisfied and muffled, "Wow". I occasionally add it to darker beans to tamper their richness and add to their flavor profile. I'm hooked.
