Can barely smell it - spent a lot of money for this ( have 6 diffusers) and it hasnt changed the smell of the air. Very disappointing .

Not my favorite.

The scent quality is excellent and well balanced, with a clean and premium feel. Unfortunately, the customer service experience is poor. Multiple emails and complaints were sent with no response at all. Ignoring customers after purchase shows a lack of respect and accountability. If you promote support and communication across your website, you need a team that responds and takes ownership. Either invest in a proper customer service team or stop advertising customer support as part of your brand. This is the only negative point, but it is a serious one
