It’s okay. I would not buy another one. There are plenty of other pour overs that are as good or better.

Replaced everything I had.

I was a user of Aeropress and also some pour overs, was satisfied with them. After the hoop, gave away or put away all of them. This is much faster, simpler to use, and clean up. Watched Hoffman's You tube and bought 3. I drink black coffee, Graffeeo, Verve, and Prodigy, and I use Scott Rao's upgraded 62mm paper filters. I played with Grind Size till I got to a fine to medium 5. 8 on my Fellows electric. With the faster flow of the Rao filters it is 3 min 45 sec brew time 25 grms dark roast 365 grams 100 degree water equals delicious 307 grams of really great coffee. Couldn't be happier. Quick set up, clean up, and bullet proof. . . . no bloom/multiple pours/temps. . straight forward and simple with great results.

Hoop

I was hoping the reviews about the Hoop wetr accurate, that it brewed a very good cup of coffee. It does!! I do weigh the wster and coffee, excellent consistent results. I received superior service from Whole Lotta Love. Fast delivery and very securely packed. Good company name, exactly what was delivered.
