Would have liked the leather to have been a bit softer to make it easier to get the wrinkles out.

Happy with product and once filled looks just like photos. Even though website mentions it is ‘unfilled’, maybe an image of how it arrives would be helpful as I missed that note and expected it to arrive like the pictures. There are clear instructions on ways to fill it though (pretty easy) .. and the smell people have mentioned definitely disappears after a few days.
